Plan México is a comprehensive six-year strategy aimed at making the country one of the world’s top ten economies by 2030, while positioning it as a leading destination for investment and trade. It seeks to raise investment to over 25% of GDP, create 1.5 million specialized manufacturing jobs, and increase Mexico’s share of global exports to 15%. Through competitive tax incentives, the development of industrial hubs and strategic corridors, modernization of infrastructure and energy systems, and streamlined regulatory processes, the plan strengthens regional value chains and offers new opportunities for investors. It also supports small and medium enterprises, promotes sustainable and ESG-aligned growth, and trains 150,000 professionals annually to meet industry demand.
